1. DEFINITIONS

Customer - natural or legal person who places an Order

Seller – SC New Broker Era SRL with headquarters in Str Episcopul Vulcan no 105, sector 1, Bucharest, registered in the Trade Register with number J40/10638/2017, having CUI 37849316.

Order – an electronic document that acts as a form of communication between the Customer and the Seller, through which the Customer conveys to the Seller his intention to purchase the products presented on the website

Products - any product, including the documents and services mentioned in the Order, to be provided to the Customer by the Seller.

Contract – an Order launched by the Customer and confirmed by the Seller. The customer accepts the terms in which the contract is concluded at the time of placing the order. Renunciation of the contract can be done in accordance with the legal provisions for distance contracts.

The seller grants the client a legal guarantee of compliance according to the provisions of Law no. 449/2003 regarding the sale of products and the guarantees associated with them and with those of GEO no. 21/1992 on consumer protection.

2. PRICES, DELIVERY METHOD, PAYMENT METHOD

All prices displayed on www.tinselandcrate.ro are expressed in lei (RON). VAT is not applicable. The seller can offer promotions and/or discounts for the displayed products. These will be visible, both in the product description, in the shopping cart, and on the invoice. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, without affecting orders that have already been placed up to the time of the price change.

The delivery is made by the fast courier company DPD and its cost is 20 lei anywhere in Romania. For international deliveries, the value of the transport will be communicated depending on the situation.

The payment of the products can be made in the cash on delivery system and is made in full upon delivery of the order, to the courier who makes the delivery or by card, online.

3. ORDER REGISTRATION

By placing an order on the website www.tinselandcrate.ro, the customer expresses his agreement with the form of communication, by email or telephone, through which the seller carries out its commercial activity.

The characteristics of the products and the related prices are described for each one on the page from which reference is made to the firm order. Once the product is sent to the basket and the firm order is placed, the customer agrees with the specifications and the price of the product.

There is a possibility that for certain products, the stock will run out from the moment the product is placed in the basket until the moment the order is completed. If the ordered product is not available in stock, you will be notified as soon as possible (by phone or email). Depending on the new delivery term communicated, you can accept or cancel the order. We reserve the right to change the quantity of products in the order or to cancel the order, depending on the available stock, but before making changes, we will contact you by phone to notify you, without any subsequent obligation of either party to the other.

The notification received by the customer, after placing the order, has only an informative role, and the contract is considered concluded when the customer receives the order dispatch notification by email.

The delivery is made through the courier companies, and the rates charged by the courier companies are those valid on the date of placing the order.

4. DELIVERY

The online store www.tinselandcrate.ro offers the fast delivery service, through the fast courier company on the territory of Romania. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur after the package has been handed over to the courier company, but we are at your disposal with information on the status of the package's delivery, as well as with any other methods we can to expedite the delivery.

The delivery time of the parcels is between 1-3 working days from the moment you received the confirmation of the shipment of the order, to your email address. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays or legal holidays will be confirmed on the first working day. If the products are not in stock at the time of the order, you will be contacted by phone.
